Wine Review: I recently attended a wine tasting in Boston featuring the wines of Portugal. While trying this wine I met fellow wine and food blogger Richard from the A Passionate Foodie. We both agreed that this wine was one to tell our readers about. This ruby red wine opens with a fruit forward raspberry like bouquet with hints of musty oak. On the palate, the wine is round, tasty, and shows juicy raspberry like flavors with a touch of oak. The finish is dry, shows slight tannins, and lingers nicely. This is a perfect wine for meatloaf and a steal for $8. Enjoy – Ken
