Wine Review: Every once in a while we get a Wow wine! This one just blew me away the second it hit my tongue. I wrote down Excellent the moment after tasting it. This wine opens with an ordinary oaky plum like bouquet. However, on the palate this wine is smooth as silk and absolutely delicious. It has dusty and dry plum like flavors. The finish is very dry, has very fine tannins, and sails on for quite some time. This impressive wine is drinking perfectly now and would pair perfectly with a juicy steak. If you have a special occation coming up soon, this wine would enhance it. Enjoy - Ken
