Wine Review: This wine opens with a wonderful cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is very well balanced and has no hard edges at all. It has smooth cherry like flavors with hints of raspberry and oak. The finish is very dry, has fine tannins, and is quite extended. This terrific wine would pair nicely with veal parmigiana. Winemaker Notes: Deep, attractive ruby red colour. Elegantly fruity nose, with marked scents of wild red berries foregrounding nuances of mixed spices. The palate, too, shows excellent fruit supported by judicious tannins. Lengthy finish.
