Wine Review: This wine opens with a pleasant but shy bouquet. On the palate, this wine is nicely balanced, creamy, and light. The wine was made in French and American oak and also had a short stay in some stainless. This is a very food friendly wine and would be very rewarding with a pasta carbonara meal. The finish is dry and subtle. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: A combination of French and American oak barrels were used to ferment and age the lions' share of this blend, while a smaller portion was fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain fresh fruit and crispness. Aromas of pear, melon and butterscotch complemented by toasty oak, endure on the palate and throughout the tasting experience. A fabulous wine for food pairings.
