Wine Review: This purple wine opens with a light blackberry and menthol bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is smooth, has some acidity, and a bit of a fruit bomb. The finish is very dry. This wine will match well with burgers. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Lovely ruby color. Hearty spicy aromas of ripe Bing cherries, black pepper, and roasted sage, with sweet vanilla and butterscotch overtones. Mouthfilling, rich in texture, with complex, classic varietal character; toasty flavors of baked fruit, dates, carob and pipe tobacco. Very ripe with a little grip and great length. The Cabernet lover’s Merlot!
