Wine Review: This dark red wine opens with a musty, earthy, and spicy bouquet. On the palate, this hearty wine is round, has nice acidity, with spicy plum like flavors with a hint of licorice. The finish is nicely dry and slightly extended. This wine will pair well with beef stew. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Juicy, up-front fruity flavours are backed up with surprisingly firm tannins; it appears gentle, but packs a punch!
