Wine Review: On a recent trip to Grill 23 before a Red Sox game, we decided to try the white wine from the folks at Linne Calodo. Alex DeWinter, Wine Director highly recommended it. Wow was he right, this wine was delicious. This golden colored wine opens with a mild floral bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is creamy, nicely balanced, and has wonderful pear like flavors. This wine is a treat and you can enjoy it with pasta with ham and peas served in a cream sauce.
