Wine Review: This wine came in third place at our recent Sauvignon Blanc blind tasting. It opens with a pleasant grassy bouquet. One member of the panel sensed Hyacinth. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is nicely balanced and touch acidic. The wine has peasant citrus flavors, almost "Squirt" soda like. This wine would pair well with chicken piccata or baked stuffed shrimp. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Clear, lively green apple hues. A tropical nose packed with guava, ripe and green fig, granadilla, litchi, gooseberry and a hint of green pepper - yet still maintaining a complex character of nettle and freshly cut grass. The mouth-filling ripe fruit is supported by crisp acid.
