Wine Review: This producer had a very impressive line up of red wines from Austria. This entry level light red wine opens with a nice subtle fruit forward bouquet. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied, slightly dry, and tasty. The flavor profile of this grape is a cross between Pinot Noir and Syrah. The wine is well balanced and would match well with pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Shining ruby with shimmering crimson; in the nose cherry fruit with berry undertones, fine aroma; on the palate multi-layered – a vegetable touch joins the young berry fruit to add additional fine spice: ripe, with extract sweetness coated tannin; tones of Mon Cheri and chocolate finish the expressive range of flavours.
