Wine Review: This wine opens with a bouquet that could convince you that this wine was a Chardonnay from CA. On the palate, the wine does the same thing. Let me emphasize that this wine tastes like a Very Good CA Chardonnay. There are very nice oak and butter flavors. It has decent acidity and a touch of creaminess that is all melded in to a wonderful wine. This wine is a true shocker and for the money it is a steal. It will match quite well with swordfish. The finish is dry and refreshing. Pick one up today and enjoy. – Ken
