Wine Review: This was the best Aussie Shiraz I found at the 2007 Boston Wine Expo. The nose on this wine was a bit shy. On the palate, the wine was very silky and nicely balanced. The flavor profile was fruit packed, but not overdone. A great match for steak or BBQ. The finish is a bit dry and extended. Enjoy – Ken
