Wine Review: The bouquet of this wine is classic New Zealand with grapefruit and passion fruit aromas. On the palate, the wine is lively, acidic, tangy, and citrus flavored. The finish is dry and very refreshing. I can envision this tasty wine with pasta with alfredo sauce. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The Cellar Selection Sauvignon Blanc has classic gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours with a clean, fresh finish & excellent balance. An excellent aperitif or seafood wine made for drinking young. Serve lightly chilled.
