Wine Review: The bouquet of this wine is mildly aromatic. On the palate, the wine is acidic and creamy. A nice balance of both. The wine finishes dry, crisp and with a zing. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A rich, opulent and fruit driven style balanced with fresh acidity. Only a tiny amount of this wine was produced (less than 100 cases) from a cooler site at Bell Mountain. Extensive fruit selection and gentle treatment at our gravity flow winery resulted in this pure expression of Chardonnay. A long fermentation in French oak barrels (70% new) helped compliment the heady fruit flavors resulting in a wine of great length and texture.
